By accessing or using the FlowCollo application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowCollo provides daily AI-powered voice conversations for personal accountability and action planning. The Service uses artificial intelligence to facilitate conversations, generate summaries, and track action items based on your spoken input.

3. User Accounts

  • The Service is currently invite-only during the beta period.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. AI-Generated Content

  • Conversations are processed entirely by artificial intelligence. No human reviews your conversations.
  • Summaries and action items are AI-generated and may not always be perfectly accurate.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions and deciding which actions to take.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
  • Abuse or overload the Service infrastructure
  • Share or transmit content that violates the rights of others

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Service Availability

  • The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or availability, especially during the beta period.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
  • Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The FlowCollo application and Service are owned by FlowCollo.
  • Your conversation content and personal data remain yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FlowCollo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
