FlowCollo ("we", "our", "us") operates the FlowCollo iOS application. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

  • Account information: Email address and name, collected via AWS Cognito during sign-up.
  • Voice audio: Recorded on your device and sent to Google Gemini AI for real-time processing during check-in conversations.
  • Conversation data: Transcripts and AI-generated summaries stored in AWS DynamoDB.
  • Memory and preferences: AI-extracted goals, patterns, and preferences derived from your conversations.
  • Device information: Push notification token via Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver scheduled reminders.
  • Usage data: Interaction patterns, action item completion rates, and feature usage for service improvement.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the voice check-in service, including AI-powered conversations
  • Generate conversation summaries and action items
  • Maintain memory of your goals and preferences across conversations
  • Send scheduled push notifications at your chosen time
  • Improve the quality and relevance of the service over time

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate FlowCollo:

  • Google Gemini AI — Voice processing, memory extraction, and summary generation. Subject to Google's privacy policy at ai.google.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Infrastructure, authentication (Cognito), and data storage (DynamoDB). Subject to AWS's privacy policy at aws.amazon.com.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging — Push notification delivery. Subject to Google's privacy policy at firebase.google.com.

5. Data Retention

  • Conversations and summaries are retained until you delete your account
  • AI-generated memory is periodically compressed and consolidated
  • You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings in the app

  • Delete your account and all associated data at any time
  • Contact us for data export requests

7. Children's Privacy

FlowCollo is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Security

  • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS
  • Data at rest is encrypted using AWS-managed encryption
  • AI processing occurs over secure, encrypted connections
  • No human ever reviews your conversations

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
